Sinus headaches have an effect on untold numbers of sufferers annually, and they can certainly develop into an almost yearly affliction. Sinus headaches are simple to tell apart from other headaches mainly because of the severity and the intense pressure that develops behind the eyes. I hate using antibotics. I just feel like there has to be a better way. I use Navage which in my opinion has been a life saver. I use to suffer from chronic sinus pressure and infections to the point where I was going to a doctor every few months. A friend recommended a neti pot (which honestly was quite icky) so I went in search of an alternative. I found Navage on-line as the “modern day” neti pot. I have been using it since November and have had absolutely no sinus problems. I am in love with life again. I live in the north and my nasal passages get so dry from the heat but this Navage thing has helped me sleep better and breath better. I am sure that my Doctor misses me but too bad. I feel better than ever without antibotics.
