How the Slow Carb Diet Dramatically Changes Lives
I’m electing to get a tiny bit more personal than I typically do in this brief article, and talk a good bit regarding the recent emotional effect that the slow carb diet has had on my life. My only hope is that this piece will help to inspire you on to action and further transformation as well.
For the first moment in a really long time, I’m not apprehensive or afraid of having my top off; regardless if I’m lounging on the beach, hanging around outside, performing yard work, out relaxing alongside the pool, or simply spending time with the family.
